  1. Pack Details
    • The 5 x Recovery Room Pack entitles the holder to use the recovery room facilities 5 times.
    • This pack must be used within 3 months from the date of purchase.
  2. Usage
    • The pack allows access to the recovery room facilities including sauna, ice bath, and shower facilities.
    • Advanced booking is required for facilities and services.
  3. Booking
    • Sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability.
    • Bookings can be made online, at Ultimate Recovery Lounge.
  4. Transferability
    • The pack is non-transferable and cannot be shared with others.
    • Each session must be used by the pack holder only.
  5. Expiration
    • All sessions must be used within the 3-month validity period.
    • Unused sessions will expire after this period and cannot be refunded or transferred.
  6. Refunds
    • The 5 x Recovery Room Pack is non-refundable.
  7. Liability
    • Ultimate Recovery Lounge is not liable for any injuries or incidents that occur on the premises, except where negligence is proven.
    • Users of the facilities do so at their own risk and are advised to seek medical advice before using any recovery treatments.
  8. Changes to Terms
    • Ultimate Recovery Lounge reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time.
    • Customers will be notified of any changes via email or notice posted at the lounge.

Weekly membership- $99

  1. Membership Details
    • Ultimate Recovery Lounge offers a membership at a rate of $99 per week.
    • Membership entitles the holder to use the recovery room facilities up to 3 times per week.
  2. Minimum Term
    • The minimum term for membership is 3 months from the date of enrollment.
  3. Cancellation Policy
    • Members may cancel their membership with 1 month’s notice.
    • Cancellations must be submitted in writing or via email.
    • Membership fees are non-refundable once paid.
  4. Usage
    • Members are entitled to use the recovery room facilities during operating hours as specified by Ultimate Recovery Lounge.
    • Advanced booking are required for facilities and services.
  5. Facilities
    • The recovery room includes access to sauna, ice bath, and shower facilities.
    • Members are expected to follow all rules and guidelines for the use of these facilities.
